Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to lead the delivery and implementation of industry leading partnerships, features, and content launches.

ESPN on Disney+
In December 2024, ESPN+ launched its own dedicated tile and hub within Disney+, bringing 30,000+ live sports events and exclusive original content to millions of viewers. This integration allows U.S. subscribers of the Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ bundle to enjoy a seamless viewing experience across all three platforms, all within a single app.

I led the end-to-end delivery of this pivotal launch, building on previous integrations like Hulu on Disney+ and Star+ in Latin America. By collaborating with 175+ teams across engineering, product, and marketing, we created a unified sports destination within Disney+ that offers live events, original series, documentaries, and more from ESPN, all seamlessly integrated into the Disney+ experience. This launch also introduces a new experience for standalone Disney+ subscribers, with curated ESPN and Hulu content and easy upgrade options to the full bundle.

Star+ on Disney+
In June 2024, Disney+ launched an exciting new experience in Latin America, seamlessly integrating Star+ and ESPN into the platform. This expansion delivers over 700 live sports events per month, exclusive Star+ original content, and blockbuster movies and series all in one app. I led the end-to-end delivery of this strategic project, collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, content programming, legal, finance, and operations. The integration brings subscribers a unique offering of live sports, including soccer, basketball, UFC, and more, along with high-quality entertainment from Star+, such as The Bear, The Simpsons, and exclusive content from FX and 20th Century.

This launch enhances the Disney+ experience in Latin America by providing a unified streaming platform that offers something for every viewer—whether they’re sports enthusiasts or fans of premium entertainment. By bringing ESPN’s linear channels directly into Disney+, this initiative elevates the service's value for subscribers, solidifying Disney+'s leadership in the streaming industry.

Disney+ Streams
In 2024, Disney+ successfully launched the ABC News Live and Playtime+ streams, offering U.S. subscribers a fresh and engaging viewing experience. With ABC News Live, users can enjoy live newscasts, breaking news, and in-depth reports, while Playtime+ provides a curated playlist of preschool content like Sofia the First and Puppy Dog Pals. These continuous "lean-back" streams are designed to enhance flexibility and user engagement by offering 24/7 access to real-time content directly within Disney+.

I led the end-to-end delivery of this exciting launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, marketing, and content programming. By introducing these streams, we’re creating an elevated Disney+ experience that brings real-time news and children’s content together in one seamless platform. This initiative aligns with our broader strategy to offer innovative, curated content that meets the needs of all viewers, from news junkies to young families.

Peacock & JetBlue
Peacock took flight with JetBlue in August 2023! This exclusive partnership brings in-flight entertainment to JetBlue TrueBlue loyalty members, including exclusive access to Peacock Original content.

I led the end-to-end delivery of this strategic feature while partnering across 10+ internal and 5+ external teams. Launching Peacock on JetBlue has been pivotal to Peacock's continued subscriber growth in Y23.

Peacock & Meta
Watch your favorite Peacock shows inside the Metaverse! Peacock and Meta partnered in early 2023 to launch the Peacock app to customers in the Metaverse. This launch was a first of its kind for Peacock.

I led the end-to-end delivery of this exciting new initiative for Peacock and Meta. I successfully collaborated across multiple cross-functional engineering, product, and marketing teams at Peacock and several engineering teams at Meta to launch an immersive VR experience for customers.

TNF - Prime Video
In 2017, Thursday Night Football began streaming on Prime Video for 10 games throughout the season. As the product and customer experience continued to improve, Amazon eventually secured the rights to become the exclusive home for TNF for 11 seasons starting in 2022.

As a Technical Program Manager, I led the content delivery technology and digital supply chain to bring TNF to millions of customers globally!

Olympics on Prime Video
In 2021, I led the creation and operationalization of Prime Video's end-to-end launch process for 'Live Events on Linear.'
Over the course of 9 months, I took this project from 1 test partner and scaled to 50+ partners globally to support the Winter and Summer Olympics on Prime Video. Expanding the Live Sports offering on Prime Video drove 6MM incremental streams in Y21.

Alexa's New Devices
2020 was an exciting year for Amazon's Alexa! I pioneered the 'go to market' and sales strategy for three new Alexa Products – Echo Auto, Echo Frames, and Echo Loop.
These products created a new business vertical ('on the go' devices) for the Alexa organization where I served as the product owner working cross-functionally with product development, demand planning, in-stock, finance, retailers, and advertising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the Echo business.

Automating Supply Chains
Early in my career at Amazon, I led overhauling the content operations digital supply chain for Prime Video across 4 business verticals globally.
This required standardizing the existing launch process and innovating to implement technology based automated quality checks to reduce operational overhead by 5,000+ hours annually, reducing customer facing defects, and increasing overall content availability by 830bps globally.
